Fresh, Fishy Fun for the Little Ones

Finding new ways to throw interesting, fun for all ages, kids parties can sometimes be a challenge.  Explore Chicago had some great suggestions for kid-friendly restaurants today that got us very excited (check them all out HERE)!

Our favorite is SUSHISAMBA rio (504 n. wells), a sustainable, organic restaurant boasting a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, music and design.

Now you may be thinking 'sushi, my kids, NO WAY!' But SUSHISAMBA rio has taken kids parties to a whole new level...AND they also have a back up plan - The “Samba Slider” (burger) with sweet potato fries!

Kid-friendly drink options include fruity “mocktails” like the Watermelon Mojo (watermelon, lime and guava juice) and a Berry Fizz (raspberry, blackberry, lime juice and a splash of soda). Mochi (a traditional Japanese ice cream treat) are available both for adults and kids. Check out the full menu HERE.

Private rooms available with capacities ranging from 25 to 250 people (seated).  Party options include an origami workshop and a capoeira (Brazilian martial art/dance) lesson.

HOW FUN!
